The many secondary sources of the Salem Witch Trials offer some much needed analysis and interpretations of this complicated event.

Secondary sources are either books, articles or other documents written long after a historical event has occurred by people who were not present at the event or not alive during that time period. Secondary sources are works that interpret, assess and analyze a topic, usually using primary sources to do so.
